Don and his wife Kathy live in Ramona, California. They have two children and two grandchildren. Don has twelve years of paralegal experience in family law, a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies and a Master's Degree in Forensic Science, both from National University, San Diego, California.

Perhaps the most valuable contribution Don provides to the Father's Rights Law Center is his military experience. Don served twenty-five years in the United States Navy, including a tour with the Blue Angels. After rising through the entire enlisted ranks, Don retired in 1993 at the rank of CWO 3. His knowledge and understanding of military pay and benefits and his insight into military life are invaluable tools for the firm's attorneys and military clients.

Don was born in Boston, Massachusetts and is a rabid Red Sox fan.
