Custody may not be right for every father, but every father should have an equal right to custody

Rose Marmolejo

The first voice FRLC's chents may hear when testing the waters for family law information and advice is most often that of the 'Silicon Sweetheart', Rose Marmolejo. Rose joined FRLC in 1984 and soon jumped in to fill the shoes of several of her predecessors to provide answers to the questions placed by fathers, husbands, father's mothers and even father's new wives about the procedures and costs for family law proceedings. FRLC has had clients and friends remark approvingly about her care and attention for the most basic information repetitively requested day-in and day-out.

Rose came to FRLC after a 12 year career in computer engineering following her graduation from U.C. Berkeley, where she earned her degree in computer science and worked for Xerox and Unisys Corporations in the CAD departments. She also worked for the IRS and Bechtel Corporations while earning her degree in San Francisco.

In addition to fielding initial inquiries, Rose maintains day-today contact with client accounts and manages the office. She enjoys writing, problem-solving and says that she enjoys most of all responding to client requests.
